"In our next exercise, we are going to extend our triad exercise. This is called building your range or integrating your range. We're going to go up higher than we did before, but we're going to still stay in the core of our voice at the bottom. The exercise goes like this. Remember to take a good breath and sustain it well. Zah-ah-ah-oh-ooh-ooh-ah-ah-ah. Zah-ah-ah-oh-ooh-ooh-ah-ah-ah. Zah-ah-ah-oh-ooh-ooh-ah-ah-ah. Zah-ah-ah-oh-ooh-ooh-ah-ah-ah. Zah-ah-ah-oh-ooh-ooh-ah-ah-ah. Zah-ah-ah-oh-ooh-ooh-ah-ah-ah. Strangely enough this exercise is actually easier than triad one and triad two. And fortunately, you can do a lot in just a very short period of time because you go all the way up to the top. Now, eventually you're going to want to take this exercise to the top of your range and then back down without losing the bottom core of your range."
