"Alright, this is a continuation of the warm up, just because it's so important I think it deserves a lot of attention. So we've warmed up, we just started stretching our hands, very important. And now before we start you know, getting into a beat or practicing a song, it's good to just warm up with the sticks as well. Just to get loose, and you know, even further. So something that I do a lot is just to start out on the snare just doing, just hitting it back and forth with an accent on the one. The one and the three I believe. And just get loose hitting on the snare and then gradually taking it around the kit. Nice and slow at first, this isn't, it's not a speed exercise. And just go around the kit more or less just to get loose and work on accuracy hitting your toms. So I'll just demonstrate a really quick warm up. "
