" I’m Matt Bodi with Up All Night Productions located in Miami, Florida. You can find us on the web at www.upallnightpro.com. I am going to show you some of the instruments that are used in a recording studio. These are just a few; right here we have a guitar. I’m not a player myself, however, we do have many musicians that come to the studio and play on the tracks. These rights here are conga drums, which I do play. Conga drums are beautiful sounding instrument and we put them on a lot of our tracks to give you that authentic feel. These drums right are Cuba originally but there is drums from Africa, drums from all over and you know it’s a great way to put rhythm on a track that we normally wouldn’t have some of the rhythm and it gives that authentic feel in that sound. There are many instruments that are used in a studio. We try as much as we can to bring the real instruments in and actually record it through the microphone as opposed to doing it on the keyboard, which is not as an authentic of a sound, so if you can, I recommend you know real musicians, real instruments, give it that real, real sounding feel."
