"Hey everybody my name is Matt and I'm speaking to you on behalf of Expert Village. The next thing I'm going to show you what to do is how to create vst connections. If you go up to devices and go down and click vst connections you can also hit F4 that would bring up a dialog that looks like this. I'm under the inputs tab right now and you will see below bus name I got a stereo bus coming in. Your's may differ depending on your system I'm going to go ahead and delete that just to show you how to add a bus. If you click add bus I'm going to change configuration to stereo and leave container one because you are going to create one, click okay. I'm going to add another one at a mono one container one once again and you can change the name of these, you can change the device ports, the audio devices and we have already choose how many speaker it is going to through. I'm going to change the name of stereo into test stereo just so I can show you what is going on. If you come down here and click on a audio track to the left you would see end and it would say no bus if you click no bus you would see it says test stereo and mono in. That is the same as the inputs over here that I just created the buses that I added. You can do the same thing for out puts and also for studio, studio is just for auditioning tracks without effects. But you may be wondering what the reasons for this is if you got multiple sound cards or if you got multiple inputs, if you got alto of different instruments you can create these bus names so you can switch between them very easily when you are going to record a lot of different tracks.
