Series Summary

Improvisational theatre is a form of theatre in which the actors use improvisational acting techniques to perform spontaneously. Actors typically use audience suggestions to guide the performance as they create dialogue, setting, and plot extemporaneously. Many improvisational actors also work as scripted actors, and "improv" techniques are often taught in standard acting classes. The basic skills of listening, clarity, confidence, and performing instinctively and spontaneously are considered important skills for actors to develop.

The best way to improve one's improv skills is to practice, and the only problem with practicing improv is that it helps to have a template to practice with. "Hi guys. We're here learning how to do some improv exercises. And the exercise we're going to show you guys now is called, "Famous Last Words". To play, "Famous Last Words", you're going to have your improvisers line up in a straight line and each improviser is going to be assigned a fictional or non fictional character throughout history or any recorded medium. At that point in time, each improviser is going to take turns saying the "Famous Last Words" of that character by combining the attributes what that character is known for. So for this example. Let's assume that Dan B is Bugs Bunny and I'll be Rocky Balboa. And so now we're going to create the famous last words of Bugs Bunny and Rocky Balboa. Dan B, you want to start us off? What's up, Doc? Heaven. Nice. Andrewrelli, some would doubt, some will not, I love...And that's how you play "Famous Last Words"."
