How to Riffle Shuffle with a Stripper Deck

"Alright everybody, now I'm going to show you how to use the stripper deck with the riffle shuffle. Now, this one of those parts where you're going to have to practice and kind of know what you're doing because if you get this wrong it's going to mess up the trick you're doing. There is going to be a part later where I'm going to have you do it the other way on purpose. For now, a riffle shuffle, we have card reversed here in the deck, the king of spades. A riffle shuffle will go like this and it's not going to accept the fact that that card is still separated from the deck. I'll show you that one more time. Have a card reversed just like that. The key to this is that you do not want to turn this part around, or this part. You just want to flip off some cards and do that, and you don't want to turn either half end for end. Even with those shuffled, we can still strip out our selected card. Later on I'm going to show you a trick where you want to reverse that other half, but that we'll talk about when the time comes. That's how you have riffle shuffle with the stripper deck."
