"Hi everybody! Let me show you the first magic trick that you can do with a stripper or tapered deck. You need the deck and you need to have a card selected. We'll just say that's the selected card. You can do any of the reversals that I showed you. I'm going to put that right down on the table and I'm going to run my fingers right along there and I'm going to find the selected card. Now, let's try that one more time with a slightly different method. We'll do a selected card. Then we'll shuffle the deck. If we put it down, I can magically reach over, pull one card out of the deck, which just happens to be the card that we selected. I'll show you one more from over here just so you can see from my side what it looks like. There's the selected card. Have it return to the deck. You can just pull out just like that. In a minute, I'm going to show you how to do that trick with a couple of variations."
