"Hi everybody! Let me show you how to put some of the principals I've taught you together into kind of a cool routine that you can do that sort of looks a little more polished and more like a magician. You have an envelope here that says prediction on it and that's going to be our prediction. We're going to lay that over here. Then you want to have one of your friends from work come over and look the 5 objects you've laid out. We have a dollar bill, a quarter, a roll of tape, a rubber band, and a maker. What I'd like you to do is point to any 2 objects. He's pointing to the rubber band and the dollar bill, so we're going to eliminate these 3 right here. Now, of the 2 that you have left, pick one of them up in your hand. I knew he was going to pick up the dollar bill. He probably thinks I'm going to let him keep it. Anyway, that leaves the rubber band. If we pick our prediction envelope and dump it out, we have a bunch of rubber bands. That's a really cool way that you can use the principals I just showed you to do a 5-object prediction. In a minute, I'm going to explain that and we'll run through sort of the fine points of it."
