"Hi everybody! Now I want to show you how to apply the magician's choice to different objects and different numbers of objects. In experience, this is worked better with odd numbers of objects. You could use 4, you could use 6. If I'm not going to use 3, I like to use 5. In a minute, we're going to do a trick using 5 objects. I want to show you how you do the magicians choice by adding some steps for more objects. Just like before, the item I have predicted is going to be a quarter. We'll use that for this example. The same as before, I'm going to have them point to 2 objects. Let's have Mr. Hand point to any 2 objects. He's going to point to these two. I'm going to get rid of them. Now, I'm going to have him push an object toward me. He's going to push the roll of tape toward me. Then I'm going to have him pick one object up in his hand and he's going to pick up the rubber band. That's going to leave the quarter. Now, let's say it had happened differently and we had said push 2 objects towards me and he pushes these two. We're going to eliminate these 3 objects and then I'm going to tell him pick one of those up in your hand. Let's say he picks up the quarter, we're going to eliminate the rubber band. The basic idea is that you either eliminate or leave and you either account what you're eliminating or account what you're leaving on the table as your force object. You change rules as we go, so let's review. Once again, I'm trying to force the quarter. Let's say they push these 2 objects toward me. Then I have them push another one toward me and they push the quarter. We're going to eliminate these 2 and we'll the quarter like that. That's how you do the magician's choice adding steps. You can have them pick stuff up, you can have them push stuff toward you, you can have them pull stuff toward them, you can have them point to objects. Basically, any way of indicating objects will work, but you want to mix it up. In a minute I'm going to show you how to put that all together into an actual trick with some presentational points and we'll go over how to do that. Have fun."
