"Alright everybody, so here's a little more on handling the Svengali or short and long deck. What's going to happen is I'm going to show you how to cut and shuffle. Now, because of the way the cards are cut, if you cut the deck from the ends, like right now I have the queen of clubs on top. If I cut the deck from the ends like this I'm still going to have a queen of clubs on top because the cards are cut shorter and I'm only cutting the long cards, not the short cards. Just play around with it yourself. See that time I didn't do it right. Play around with it yourself, get used to how your deck handles, and you'll be able to do that. Now, the cool part about a Svengali deck is that because of the way it works, you can actually riffle shuffle the cards. Let me do this without messing them up here. You can riffle shuffle the cards, and because they fall in pairs it doesn't upset the fact that your force card alternates every card. You can actually give this a legitimate shuffle and the deck is still going to work. The key part of this though is you always want to cut from the ends, not from the sides. From the ends like this, and if you do that you'll always be able to access the important force card. Come back in a little bit and I'm going to show you about having a card selected."
