"While you're editing, you're adding music to your production. And music, you could find local rock bands or whatever. You could find instrumental stuff, kind of generic stuff you could buy outright for a fee. It just depends. I mean a lot of music you could get for free. Just put ads out for bands, find music that you think would fit. So, you're using ready-made production, basically. Other things you could do is you find somebody who does a lot of instrumental keyboards or whatever, and you have them score the actual movie. You're done editing the movie, the length of it and everything. You hand it to them, and they go through it and create music specifically for the specific scenes of the movie. There's different ways of doing it, just depending on what fits with what you want to do. As with the actors, you want them to sign release forms just saying that you can use their music in a production. And again, depending on your budget, sometimes you get this for free, because people want the exposure, and also you might have to pay them something. It just depends, whatever you can afford, whatever you are willing to do, all different ways to go about it. But, music is an important thing. It helps make the movie flow. If you have a very intense, dramatic scene, it really kind of heightens-it really heightens the scene. So, just make sure you get the right music person, you get the right music, and that it fits. The most important thing, does the music fit with the movie?"
