But they also represent certain qualities which are ripe for parody: hard drinking, hard living women with big hair and flashy outfits, not to mention outspoken personalities. These are the stereotypes Kat Litrenta incorporates into her one woman show creation of a female country and western character.

"Hi. My name is Kat Litrenta. I'm a professional entertainer. I'm so glad you could be here today with me at Expert Village because I'm going to show you, step by step, how you can put together a one person show. Have you ever seen a one person show? Have you seen a large stage show, singing and dancing, and you've walked out of that theater and you've said that looks like a lot of fun? I bet you I could do that. Well maybe you can. But it is a lot of work. Well you know what's making a big change in music these days? All the country western music that's out there and the awards and all that. Well, country western is becoming very popular again and I'd like you to be a country western star along with me. Well I've got mine picked out but we have to find one for you. Maybe you would like to come along with me and do a little bit of your accent and do some Charlie Pride songs and maybe some Hank Williams songs. Well, I'll take you along with me and we'll have a good time. You want to know who I'm going to do. She looks very much like someone that is very popular in the country western scene. You got to come back and find out who she is."
