"In this clip, we're going to talk about using le bon to create character in your puppet. We've talked about le bon terms, and one of them is dab, which is light, fast, and indirect. You can use that to start actually thinking about how your puppet moves through space and how that creates the kind of fellow he might be. Whereas if we use press, which is heavy, slow, and direct, he'll be a different fellow than with dab, or say ring. Heavy, slow, indirect. That's a tough one. For this last one, ring, I'll use my other puppet. She's a little easier for on set of hands. Ring. It's a totally different character."
