I’m hitting a note, then hitting the neck twice in a an rhythmic pattern, if you noticed I sort of have a circular pattern going when I’m playing that just happens to work well I think you’ll find a lot bass players do this……it’s a good thing to practice…...just one note it’s just trying to get that feel together. Once you got that you start going back and forth and then you start combining putting couple of other notes in it…… As always remember that the notes still come on the one of the beat just as if you weren’t playing slap bass so……..double slap……...triple slap………"
