This is certainly the easiest thing and something you probably have to master before you move to any of the other techniques. When you’re doing the single slap what you want to do is pull the string away from the neck so that it will bounce off the neck when you release it……so the slap is the hitting of the string against the neck when you release it…let’s take a look at that boogie woogie line this time I’ll do it with the slap……"
