Hello Ladies and Gentlemen I'm Jon Coker, better known as Flow Motion. Representing Animotion Entertainment and I'm here to show you the basics on Breaking. Alright so now the final part is the pose. After every single combo you do you've got to do some kind of pose, let them know that that's what you're doing. That's the period at the end of your sentence alright. So I'll just show you a basic one right now. We're going to use three points. We're going to use our head, our right hand and our left hand alright. And your support is going to just take your elbow, I want you to point it towards your belly button. Just use your ribcage, right along your ribcage like this alright. Using your elbow like this I want you to put your hand on the floor. Don't turn it backwards because you can break your wrist but either have it straight forward or out to the side alright. And now what you're going to do with the other hand you want to take your fingertips, put them on the ground right here for your support alright. I want you to push your weight forward and flex your stomach and lay your head on the floor like this. And what we're going to do once you get your support, flex your stomach and bring your legs up and do any kind of design with them. You can keep them straight up, you can cross them, you can kick and lift up. Anything you want to do with that alright. So what we're going to do, we're going to do two CCs and I just want you to go into any kind of poses. Get there however you can. Alright, so from here you're going to do one. One two, bring it around, pose alright.
