I’m Kelly-Anne and I’m here with my partner Fred___. We will be demonstrating basic ballroom dancing. The next dance we’re doing for you is the swing, east coast triple time. We’ll do a basic, an arm turn, and cuddle. Your triple step simply is a side, together, side, side, together, side, and rock step, side, together, side, side, together, side, rock step, triple step, triple step, rock step. The part you’ll find most challenging is the rock step. It’s a complete change of weight. Back, forward, hence the name rock step. Cuddle, we’re going to change our handhold to two handhold. We’re going to do one basic and we’ll let her out. When we’ll let her out, I bring her in out to the waist, and release her. And give her a little wind up and let her out.
