" Hi! On behalf of expertvillage.com, I’m Kelly-Anne and I’m here with my partner Fred. We will be demonstrating basic ballroom dancing. Kelly will now dance that by herself so you can what she’s doing. Between each step, we past through what we call neutral. Neutral position is the feet just below you, free to go in either one of three directions. Forward, back, or to the side. Our feet desire to be in this position in advance. In the rumba, for the man’s part, we’re going quick, quick, for a neutral, slow, quick, quick, slow. Same for the lady. Now, together we have the step in a box. Quick, quick, slow. Very nice. Thank you for viewing our demonstration on expertvillage.com. For more information, you can visit my website 56dance.com. For more information about me and where I learn to dance, you can visit keysdancecenter.com. "
