" I’m Kelly-Anne. On behalf of Expert Village, I’ll be demonstrating advanced jazz dancing techniques. For floor work in jazz, we have fourth position with the legs. From here, you can be on the knees. Switching sides, fourth position. When you do floor work, it’s probably a good idea if you’re not on carpet with padding to go ahead and wear knee pads or fold over your pants to give yourself some support, because the knees are very delicate. You want to take every precaution, go very slow. One of them is called a knee spin; definitely advanced. Knees together and come up. Knees go together and the other foot goes up. Thanks for watching advanced jazz dancing on Expert Village. I’m Kelly-Anne. You can visit me at 56dance.com. Special thank you to the Goddess store for letting us use their studio. "
