"My website is lesliesack.com and the dance is foxtrot and this is a man's part for a promenade walk. So as you are going around the dance floor, if I am trying to go this way my body is going to be going this way. So my promenade goes like this: slow, slow, quick, quick. My partner is right here, slow, slow, quick, quick so back this way it is slow, slow, face my partner, I make a turn, slow, slow, quick, quick. What is hard about this is to get your partner to go with you and this is the hardest part of all. Promenades, they look easy but they are a little tricky, so guys always want your frame to stay the same shape. When you get through the turn, it is going to turn your shoulders, not this, but you are going to turn both of your shoulders and keep your head here and your shoulders turned, and then you are going to be a little bit ahead of her: slow, slow, turn and good, prepare and then slow, slow, quick, quick. That is how she knows that she needs to be going with you into promenade. So you are going to force her to turn. That's the promenade walk for men."
