"My website is lesliesack.com. We are doing the fox trot. This is the ladies part and you are going to go backwards and forwards so ladies you are going to be over to the guy's side, right side is going to be down toward the buttons, right in front of his buttons and you are slightly off to his right side. You are always going to start with your right foot and go back twice slow, slow, quick, quick and walk forward, forward, side together and you go back, slow, slow, quick, quick, slow, slow quick, quick, slow, slow, quick, quick, slow, quick, quick. So your job is to always stay just the same distance from him, to keep an eye on his shoulders even if they turn a little bit; you just stay right in front of him and keep your head over a bit to your left. Don't do this, but just lift up through your center, so it is slow, slow, quick, quick, slow, slow, quick. You just are going to fall in. Just keep walking and stepping and shifting your weight: quick, quick, slow, quick, quick, slow, quick, quick, slow, quick quick."
