" Hi this is Leslie Sack with expertvillage.com. My website is lesliesack.com and this is my dance partner Jorge Saucedo; we are doing merengue. We are dancing merengue from the Dominican Republic, and we are going to be doing the hammerlock now. This is another two handed turn. So let's start out with the basic 1,2,3,4,5,6. You are going to push her away, and then the left arm goes up and the right arm stays low onto her lower back, and you are going to wait for a turn. And then you could just unwind her again from there, and you can turn her multiple turns if you want, and come back to the beginning. So that is option one. Option two is we are going to do the same thing, we are going to go to the hammerlock. Remember the elbows in front of you, ladies. We are going to walk it around. Chasing around. Then he's going to go under. To come out, option two. Guys go under, their left arm. Girls are going to do a little turn, always looking back at your guy, make him feel good. Stand right in front of him, doing your Cuban motion."
