"This is Leslie Sack with expertvillage.com. You can always check out my website at lesliesack.com and this is Rumba, ladies part for the second position break or side rock steps. It’s going to start with the box step, so we’re here and we’re going to do slow quick-quick slow, quick-quick slow, we’re going rock side, quick-quick slow, quick-quick slow, quick-quick slow, side together and that’s the beginning of the pattern. So let’s do it one more time, do the box, slow quick-quick slow, quick-quick slow, quick-quick slow, quick-quick slow, quick-quick slow, side together slow. The most important part here is to watch the guy’s shoulder, both the shoulders if they move sideways move side with them. You’re always trying to stay the same distance from him so if you just instead of looking down at his feet just make sure you watch his shoulders and just stay right in front of him. If he takes a little tiny step you take a small tiny step by just trying to mirror exactly what he’s doing and this is a great way to practice your Cuban motion. Shift all of your weight onto one leg and all upon to the other so you can feel your hips move back a little bit. That’s your Cuban motion, alright ladies have fun. "
