"Hi, this is Leslie Sack with expertvillage.com. My website is lesliesack.com and I’m teaching you Rumba the dance of love and this is second position breaks. They’re side rock steps and we’re going to do the men’s part and I’m just going to start with the box steps. So if I’m the leader I’m going to do a box step, quick-quick slow, quick-quick and forward, a rock, quick-quick two, quick-quick slow, quick-quick slow and as you come out of it you go quick-quick and then box quick-quick slow. One more time, so it’s slow quick-quick slow, quick-quick slow, quick-quick slow, quick-quick, that’s the men’s part. And for the lead you just want to hold your arms really steady when you’re getting up into this because your follower’s going to assume that you’re going to do the box all night long, you hold the box it’s our basic step, so you just want to be real stable with your right arm, try to stop her and she’s going to be following your shoulders so you really want to shift your shoulders side and then just plant your foot underneath your body. So you can do more than I’m doing but that’s just what we call a school figure, kind of keep track of how many you’re doing so I’m doing three rocks, here’s the second one, here’s the third one and then I finish side together, box, quick-quick, alright guys side breaks.
