"This is Leslie Sack with expertvillage.com. My website is lesliesack.com and this is Rumba. We’re doing Rumba which is a nice slow Latin dance and this is step number one which is the Rumba box. It’s the same for the men and the women it’s just that the ladies are going to be starting back on your right foot first and the leaders are going to be going forward first on their left foot. So let’s just all do it at the same time, so we go forward, side together, back, side together that’s one full box that will be the guys part, forward, side together, back, side together, tiny and slow quick-quick, slow quick-quick. If I’m a girl I’m going to do slow quick-quick, slow quick-quick, slow quick-quick, so you can see it’s just it’s all the same box, slow we’re going to try and hold on the slow, hold quick-quick but this box is a left box, little small steps, just get it rotated around to the left, slow quick-quick, slow try and hold on the slow. Hold and that’s what makes it look and feel like Rumba, quick-quick slow, that’s your Rumba box, quick-quick. "
