"We want to make our cool down a good 3-5 minutes. We do this by doing movements that are smaller, less energetic. Just a simple step touch is good to keep yourself moving because you don't just want to go from high energy exercise all the way down to just sitting. Just definitely never sit right after exercise, make sure you have a proper cool down. We do this to slower music about 120 beats per minute versus 135 beats per minute that we were working out during the full workout. Alright, so make sure to cool it down. After a 3-5 minute cool down, we're ready to stretch!"
