"Alright, our last move is going to finish off the phrase. So, let's make it really nice and tight, energetic, and sharp. Sharp is the key. We are going to step to the front with our right foot and we are going to have our arms coming out. We are going to do a head roll going around clockwise to the back. Then, you are going to step once more to the back and then together with both feet. So, let's review the feet one more time. So, we go pivot, step, step, together. Alright, now we are going to add the arms and the head. So we are going to go pivot, head roll, step, jump together, bring those arms up. Good, let's try that one more time. Five, six, seven, eight, head roll, step, together. Good, alright. Do you got it? Make sure that head roll is really nice and passionate. Really swoop that ponytail around. I recommend putting in a side ponytail for this workout because it makes you feel the part. You know, it really helps you get into the movement, feel the inspiration, and work hard."
