Video Transcript

"Our next move involves a little more routine but it's a little different. We are going to step to our right, reach out with our right but going towards our left, and pull it down. Then, we are going to do the same thing with the other side, stepping out with our left, reaching with our right, and pulling down to this side. So, we got a reach and pull. Reach and pull, high to low, high to low. Then, we are going to reach across and out, across and out. So, like grabbing something from a shelf and then throwing it across. Then grabbing something and then throwing it across. So, we incorporate all of those moves together by reaching up, up, across, and across. So, let's try it from the top. Let's put a little bit more energy behind it. Are you ready? 5,6,7,8 and up, up, and across. One more time. Up, up, across, and across. Awesome, good job."
