"We are showing you how to do some mime here, this is great. One of the great mime illusions is lifting the weights. First of all you got to remember that you got a bar bell of weights in front of you. Once again you grab the weights up here and grab the bar and make sure everybody can see the bar. You got to make sure that everyone knows the bar is there, now the first illusion is pull up with your knees and your hands stay still. The weights are really heavy you can pull them up just like if they are real weights. If they were really heavy the rest of your body would move and your hands would stay still. Once you got the weights up the illusion then is to make it go down and I'm going to show you real quick how this whole routine is done."
