"Why this is important to want to be able to isolate these various parts of your body? I'll give you an example; when we were pulling the rope if I push while I pull the rope to the right, my chest will go to the left and it will complete the illusion. It really looks like it but it's just that isolation of the chest. The same thing with the box if I'm pushing with just my pelvis coming up it creates the illusion. So you want to be able to know exactly which parts of your body are separated, so it's like oh, I'm over here, no the head and then the neck is a whole other section of it. That is a lot of why when you see mimes doing the robot to where they are moving like this, they use that whole illusion of separating the body into the different parts that we move. The robot you'll see this sort of thing the machine, the human statues that is what gives the illusion is one per part just moves. Then it looks mechanical so one part just moves all of sudden it's just the head that moves, not the whole neck, but just that one part of the head. It takes a little complication but if you look in the mirror and actually understand where your body divides up into different units it's possible to do it. Stay tuned and we are going to have some more segments right away."
