"We are showing you how to be a mime. Now the mime exercises are kind of interesting a little complicated but I'll run through it real quickly for you. You want to be able to divide your body into head neck chest waist pelvis. Head neck chest waist and pelvis each one of these you want to be able to move separately. So if you were bending over you just wouldn't bend over you would bend head, neck then the chest waist then the pelvis and bring it up pelvis waist chest neck head all of sudden I'll show you to the side. Head neck chest waist pelvis and back pelvis waist chest neck head the other side head neck chest waist pelvis, pelvis waist chest neck head."
