In this clip we're going to show you a push and return variation which is blending a little bit more of a swing attitude to an oberek. This is a step that you'll be using in a lot of other steps in the future. So you're going to start off in a traditional hold and you're going to dance to an oberek steps, 1 2 3 2 2 3. Now you are going to send the lady away and gentleman you're going to slide with the left hand and your right hand, release the right hand and just guide her back 1 2 3 2 2 3. It should take here two full oberek steps to get away from you. Now return onto an oberek step 1 2 3 2 2 3, you can bring her right back into a close dance position or you can do another push and return right away, 1 2 3 2 2 3 1 2 3 2 2 3. So to here we'll do that one more time so you have two basic obereks 1 2 3 2 2 3, push away 2 2 3 bring her back 2 2 3 push her away one more time and bring her back to you.
