"Now in this clip we are going to add the Obarek fundamentals to a basic waltz step. Now, we want you to add a little more lift and a little more bounce to that step. And now it's done 1-2-3 1-2-3 1-2-3 1-2-3. Elaine, let's take it forward now...1-23-1-2-3 1-2-3 1-2-3. As you can see, what we are doing is there is more bounce and more lift to the Obarek from your basic waltz step. And it actually goes as a side-to-side. If you want to see how the dance would go, you need to be going slightly to the side with your knees bent. So it would look like 1-2-3 1-2-3 1-2-3 1-2-3...move yourself to the side as you're dancing it and that's the true Obarek."
