"Hello I'm Kelly Anne and Steeve Jean Louis and we will be demonstrating waltz. The ladies footwork is half of a box. He would raise his hand okay it takes a full 6 counts and then another half of a box. So it is half a box, part of the turn, the next part of the turn and then finish the box. So in counts it would be 1,2,3,2,2,3,3,2,3,4,2,3 so it takes 12 counts.
