" Hi my name is Steeve today we are going to teach a tango class for Expert Village. This is what we call lead, the man has to make sure after his basic step. Look at what I'm going to do with my right hand. Here, lead my partner into promenade like this using my right hand. Okay from basic step slow, slow, quick, quick, slow. This motion like this. Now after you lead your partner keep your contact. Man starts with the left foot lady with the right foot heel, flat, shift pivot, forward, side together, for the man. Now let me demonstrate the dance step without partner. After the basic step start with the left foot, t-a-n-g-o. The lead. Now left foot free slow, slow, shift pivot, your left foot is free, step forward, side together. Now you break into the basic steps slow, slow, quick, quick, slow, leading into promenade. Slow, slow, quick, quick, slow. For the lady from the beginning of the basic step we have right, left, right, left, promenade, right, left, pivot, right, left, close.
