The Tango Dance originated in the Argentinian capital Buenos Aires, but has spread all over the world allowing for changes to the dance in each area. Ballroom Tangos including American and International Tango incorporate the head snapping, staccato music and quick movements seen in movies such as “True Lies” and “Mr. And Mrs. Smith”; whereas Argentina's Tango neither has head snapping nor fast music and is a more fluid dance. The music in the Tango in Argentina originally blended music from Africa, South America, and Europe. Whether you are learning the Argentina version or the American version of the Tango, practice is necessary and fun!

" Hi my name is Steeve today we are going to teach a tango class for Expert Village. Tango is a Argentina dance but, this type of tango we have the international tango, the American style tango, and Argentina tango but, all them you can dance like the international tango and the American tango with the same music. The Argentina tango the music is kind of a little bit different it is slow. But, all them need a lot of practice to make your dancing better. The more you practice that greater. You need to listen to the music because dancing it is ....between the music and the move. If you dance and you are not in sync with the music it doesn't look good. So you have to listen to the music, to know the music and to make the combination between the music and the steps because when you put the music you Don't stop any where. In the music there is a slow and the quick quick you have to know when to stop, when to do the slow of the music and to do the quick quick. When you say slow slow, quick quick, slow, it is not anywhere that is a spot with the music that you hear the slow and the quick and to stop to the dance of the music. It is very important to listen to the music. Thank you for watching our tango demonstration I'm Kelly Anne here with my teaching partner Steeve we both teach at the Star Ballroom Dance Studio in Hallandale, Florida.
