" Hi I'm Kelly Anne on behalf of Expert Village Steeve and I we will be demonstrating merengue. Merengue is one of the simpler dances that is why I recommend beginners to start with that dance. It is very easy to count 1,2,3,4 and some of the variations are in place say for 8 counts we have 1,2,34,5,6,7,8 also called marking time. So you want to catch up to the beat of the music and listen for the time fall and then rotating for 8 counts 1,2,34,5,6,7,8. we were able to do a half of rotation in 8 counts. Thank you for viewing our merengue demonstration on Expert Village I'm Kelly Anne and I'm Steeve Jean Louis from Star Ballroom Dance Studio. For more information you could visit my website 56dance.com, www.starballroomdancestudio.com special thank you to the Goddess store. "
