" Hi! I am Kerri Hernandez and I am here today on Expert Village to talk to you about belly dancing. The next thing we are going to do is called a shoulder shimmy. You are going to take your arms up and you are going to slowly push one arm forward and the next. It comes from the chest pushing forward, not your whole shoulder coming around so you are going to go one, two and then speed it up. The idea is to shimmy on top and not to shimmy on the bottom when you are doing that and that’s called a shoulder shimmy. You can visit my web site at http://sabellydancers.tripod.com or go to www.cynergydance.com."
