"Hi! I am Kerri Hernandez and I am here today on Expert Village to talk to you about belly dancing. The next thing we are going to do is called Egyptian shimmy and what you do you stand up, your legs are fairly straight and you are going to bring your knees back and forth and you are going to speed it up and you should feel it go, side to side and one other thing you can do is stand sideways in a mirror, watch yourself and it should be going back, back, back and back and you should be able to lean over slightly and you will feel it better and that is called Egyptian shimmy. You can visit my web site at http://sabellydancers.tripod.com or go to www.cynergydance.com."
