"Hi I'm Bulletyme, dance choreographer here in L.A. here on behalf of Expert Village. In this video I'm going to show you how to do a basic drag step. We've already worked our way down from the head, chest, hips, legs and now we are going to learn how to do a little foot step. It's very basic and used in many warm up in a lot of hip-hop classes here in L.A. I'll be facing the mirror, so everything that you see will be on the side that you need to do it on. Very convenient for you at home. You want to take your right leg, step forward and just drag it back. Very easy, nothing else happens but that. Left leg forward and back. Notice how the foot, the other foot you're standing on stays flat. That's all you're doing. Step two, you want to step forward with the right leg, lift the left heel off of the floor as you're dragging back. So you are still stepping and dragging but now the heel is getting lifted as you step out and it stays up until they, both feet come back and meet. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Very basic drag step. Let's try that much to music. (music plays) Five, six, seven, eight. one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. A little faster. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight and that's your basic drag step. Add it to everything else you've been learning so far."
