"Hi I'm Bulletyme, dance choreographer here in L.A., here on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip you are going to learn how to do a body roll, a very basic hip hop body roll. I'm going to demonstrate that facing the mirror. So you want to start with your body sideways and knees slightly bent here. Lift your heels off the floor, push them down. Notice how when I push them down, my hips immediately start to move. So lift your heels, push it down, push your hip out, then the chest, then shoulders, then head. Let's try that much one more time. Sitting down, lift the heels, push, chest, shoulders, head. Same thing once more, heels lift, push they go to the hip like a wave is moving through your body, chest goes out, shoulders, head. To bring it back head starts, shoulders go, chest collapses, hip goes back, feet prepare to go up, back, up, back. Going through each point every single time. Once more real slow? Notice how my heels are already off the floor, push, shoulders, head. Head, shoulders, chest, sit, lift. There you have it, basic hip hop body roll."
