In this clip you're going to learn a side ladder neck isolation. It sounds...it looks exactly like the title. So you're going to bend over slightly, take your left shoulder, lift that up and put it out of the way and bring your right shoulder down and forward. Once more that's lifting that shoulder, putting that out of the way and bringing the right one down and forward. And you are going to...notice how my neck is pushed back as far as it can go onto the right side so that my shoulders can move. If my head is already, if my head follows my shoulders, the illusion is thrown away. So you want to keep..push your neck all the way back here and leave it there in that space as you take your shoulders and put them back then your head, then shoulders, then your head and shoulders. Very similar to the one, to this one here but changing the angle makes it slightly different and a little bit more creative. So there's one more angle and technique to your isolation, to your isolation, added to your isolation library.
