"Hi I'm Bulletyme, dance choreographer here in L.A., here on behalf of Expert Village. In this video you're going to learn a cool little trick. It's..to me..well I call it a ladder neck isolation. It looks like your head and your neck are climbing a ladder. That might not be the name for it but, it'll fit, you'll see in a moment. I'm going to demonstrate facing the mirror. So you want to take your shoulders like we did earlier and just lift those and put them back down. Get used to this motion right here. Lifting and placing them back down and your head going out and back, out and back. Turn your body sideways, bend at your knees, and now you want to do the same thing we just did a while ago, warming up. You lift shoulders and then you lift your head back and lift your shoulders and lift your head back and lift your shoulders and put your head back and you see how that climbs up like a ladder? Let's try that one more time. Shoulders, head, shoulders, head, shoulders, head. Just like a ladder. A little bit faster once more. Shoulders, head, shoulders, head, shoulders, head and there you have it, shoulder, neck ladder climbing isolation."
