"Hi I'm Bulletyme, dance choreographer here in L.A., here on behalf of Expert Village. In this video we are going to learn how to take our shoulders and circle them along a vertical plane. Just up and down. Yeah? So step in front of the mirror and demonstrate this one. You want to take the same basic, lifting your shoulders up and putting them down, lifting your shoulders up and putting them down. But this time when you lift your shoulders up bring it to the right side, up right side and carry over to the left side and drop them down. Up to the right side, over to the left side and drop the shoulders down. Notice how my shoulders relax as soon as I'm finished. I shift over, I lift, breathe in, shift over to the left, and I bring it down. Let's try the other side. So lift to the left, bring it up over to the right and down. Over, up, down and the faster you go the more natural it feels, the cooler it looks. Keeping the head as still as possible and that's rotating your shoulders on a vertical plane."
