"The next move you're about to learn is circling your head along a vertical plain. It's another isolation. It's more about the shoulders moving than it is the head, but you'll see what I mean in a moment. You want to start by lifting your shoulders up and placing them back down, just your shoulders. Notice how I'm not leaning forward, I'm not leaning back, I'm just lifting my shoulders up and bringing them back down. Now, take your head, stick it all the way out like a turtle, and move it right to left like we did earlier on the horizontal plain. Now you want to bring it down, it doesn't go down very far, see how it doesn't go down very far at all, it's just like, maybe a centimeter down. You want to bring it up and bring it down. Now what's going to help that illusion is that when you go down your shoulders lift. So now it looks like your head is dipping and moving along a vertical plain. That's just one more isolation. So we're going to take over, keeping the head stuck out like a turtle, lifting the shoulders as you go down, and bringing it back up. Now you don't want to circle it around here, you don't want to move too much of your body. Keep everything separate in your mind. Lift and up, lift and up, other side, left and up, left and up. There you have it, your head isolation on a vertical plain."
