"Hey, I'm Bullet Time, dance choreographer here in L.A., here on behalf of Expert Village. In this next video you're going to learn how to rotate your head along a horizontal plain. For those of you who don't know what horizontal means, think of horizon, the sun setting on a strait line. So you're going to move your head along a straight line in a circular motion. To start that you want to start by moving your head right, left, right, left, front, back, front, back. Those are your four points. then you want to take those four points right, bring it front around and make it touch the left side and now bring it back. Notice how your head is going on a plain, on a horizontal plain circling around. Other way, left to right. That's your first basic isolation. Try to do that now without moving the shoulders at all, and let's keep everything really still, and make it all about the head. Make your head go so far back that you sound weird, and make it go so far forward that you feel like you're breathing straight into your lungs. And there you have it, a basic head isolation on a horizontal plain. The end."
