"Hi, I'm Bulletyme, dancer and choreographer here in L.A., here on behalf of Expert Village. In this video you'll learn how to do some very basic stretches to help out your arms because you know practicing waves your arms will get a little bit tired. So these stretches will help you get blood back in those areas and relax you out a bit. The first one you want to start by twisting your hand in here and touching it to your chest and then pressing in your chest here. You should feel a stretch along this part of your arm, along your forearm and hold that for as long as you need to. Same thing with the other side; you want to lift that up, it helps develop flexibility in the wrist, so if you want to take your waving and then go on to do break dancing or anything these stretches will help with that. You need flexible wrists to do a lot of dance in general, not just hip-hop and also your basic gym stretches, taking your arm over here and pulling that making sure that your shoulder is not in your neck like you're already doing a wave but down out of the way. Same thing on the other side and for increased flexibility, we're all familiar with this stretch here, but to add more flexibility to your arm, you want to grab your wrist and pull down on that. So that later on you could do awkward waves and pull at all different angles that look really, really cool and painful for those people that watch. So notice that I'm not just holding here and stretching my triceps, I'm pulling for even more of a stretch. Be careful don't hurt yourself with this, know your limit, know your pace and there you have it, get some blood flowing through your arms so wave everything on out."
