"Hi, I'm Bulletyme, dance choreographer here in L.A., here on behalf of Expert Village. I'm going to show you how to do basic waves with your right and left arm. You want to start by lifting your right arm, then your elbow, then your wrist, then your fingertips. Left side, lift, elbow, wrist, fingertips. Notice how when I go wrist, I ball my hand into a semi fist and then roll my fingers out to create that illusion. Lift, elbow, and as my elbow comes out my shoulder drops down, wrist, fingertips. One more time left side. Lift, drop the shoulder down, fingertips. To combine or to rather make it look like the energy's moving through your chest and to the other side you want to start by almost doing it in reverse where you curl your fingers first, bend your arm, press, press your elbow into your body and lift the shoulder then lift the other shoulder and roll it on out. All the basic steps combined just happening in reverse. Push it on up, lift, roll it on out. Push it on up, lift, roll it on out. Without going through your body just basic roll, lift, roll. Those are your basic arm movements on your left and right side."
