"You could contact me at michiganhighlanddance.com and in this clip I will be demonstrating the last step of the Highland fling: last shedding. The last step that I will demonstrate for you is called the last shedding and this is the last step of the Highland fling and it must be danced of the last step of the Highland fling. To execute this step you will dance three shedding with the right foot. You will then spring out onto the right foot and execute a shedding with the left foot shedding turns with the left foot. You will then repeat this with the opposite foot. Then your are going to spring onto the left foot executing the shedding turn with the right foot. After the completion of this you will step over closing into the third position and bow just as you did in the beginning of the dance. To show the whole step into it entirely it would look like this."
