"You can contact me at michiganhighlanddance.com and in this clip I will be demonstrating the second step of the Highland fling toe and heel. The next step I will demonstrate is called the toe and heel step. This step is done following the first step of the fling. To do this step you will first execute the shedding with the right foot. Then you will execute a series of toe, heels first spring onto the right foot and executing a toe, heel with the left foot. When you are doing the toe, heels make sure that your arms are in first position. So this is the first toe, heel. The next toe, heel is spring on to the left foot executing toe, heel with your right foot. Spring one more time to the right foot executing toe, heel with the left foot. Spring last time onto the left foot executing toe, heel with the right foot and then spring onto the right foot executing a Highland fling turn with the left foot. You will then repeat the steps on the left foot executing the shedding with the left foot. Executing forward toe, heels spring it on to the left foot, toe, heel with the right foot. Spring your right foot towards your left foot, springing your left foot in the right foot. Springing the right foot toe heel with the left foot and then swinging onto the left foot and executing a Highland fling turn."
